If you have company coming during the Christmas season we have an awesome product for those stale bedrooms and damp basement rooms!  Refresh is a biological air freshner that works like magic on all kinds of odour issues.  Whether it is just a stale room that you need to freshen up, bedding or furniture, even carpets with mildew odours - Refresh can truly give you the results you are looking for.

UPDATE:  A customer recently came back into the store who has been using Septi Buddy for several months and let us know how pleased she was when her septic service company arrived to do a pump out only to find that there wasn't that much there.  Only charged her half price for the pump out!  Needless to say - she was very impressed!

Looking for some help to ease the pressures on your drains and septic tank?  We have the solutions for you.

We have a couple of options for you to consider that truly give you excellent results.

One option for you to consider is our ALL-IN-ONE KIT that covers you for approximately a year.  This kit gives you 4 Septi-Savers and 4 packages of Septi-Buddy.  It's an easy program to help you reduce solids and keep your lines clear.  And it's easy to maintain too!  Step one is to insert a Septi-Saver in your toilet tank.  Use the toilet at the furthest point into the home at the begining of the sewer line run.  This would be the highest point in the home.  Every time you flush you are adding product into your lines that reduce any overall system buildup in your lines and at the same time keeps your toilet bowl clean and fresh - and the water blue.  Each Septi-Saver lasts approximately 3 months for the package gives you a year of coverage.

The Septi-Buddy is your next step.  First of all, what we need to do is to take control of the bacterial environment in your septic system.  So to take control, we must start the program with a shock treatment to gain that dominance in your system.  This is where you have to be most focused in your program.  For the first 7 days you need to put 2 tablespoons of product in your toilet every day for the first 7 days and flush.  Not that hard - just very important that you do this every day for the first 7 days.  After that it gets easier.  From then on you only need to add 2 tablespoons of product to the system once a week from then on.  As simple as a flush of the toilet.

This program is based on the average home with 2 two people normal use.  If you have additional people in your home you will need to increase the weekly dosage to correspond with increased volumes being added to your system.

The second option that we have available for you is our all new Septic & Drain.  This is a special microbial solution specifically designed for your septic tank and drains - and is designed to be a little easier for you as it comes in pre-measured pouches that disolve - so all you do is drop it in the toilet and flush.

Septic & Drain is a bilogical bacterial culture/enzyme product that has is specially formulated to quickly unclog, clean and deodorize garbage, wastes, fats and grease in drains and septic tanks.  It is non-toxic, 100% natural and biodegradable, formulated for quick action.  It will quickly neutralizes foul odours,  and digests organic and protein wastes.

Similar to Septi-Buddy, just toss 2 pouches of Septic & Drain in your toilet and flush, or drop in access ports of the septic tank every day for the first 7 days.  After the intitial shock treatment you then fall back to a weekly application of two pouches per week.  Again the treatment program is based on volume of the average 2 person household with average use.  If household has additional persons increased product needs to be added to correspond with the increase volume of use.

The nice additional benefit of this product is that if you are experiencing drain issues this product can be used to quickly deal with these issues as well.  Take 2 pouches and put into a small bucket of lukewarm water.  Let product disolve in the water - giving it a minimum of 45 minutes to activate.  The more time you allow the better results you can see.  Pour the solution down any problem drains and let sit.  This is best done at the very end of the day just as the last person goes to bed for the night allowing the product to sit in the drain lines for a longer period before flushing further down the line.

These products are biological and you can not use chemicals such as acids, disinfectants, or chlorine based products in the system without harming the results of our products.  These chemicals will harm or kill microbial activity and change the effectiveness of our products.

Whichever solution you choose to use what you will see is a reduction in solids in your systems, a reduction in drain line problems, and odours.  As the solids are broken down to liquid you will see the liquid result takes up a much smaller volume in your septic tank than the solids - resulting in reduced needs for pumpouts as well.
